Ringlock system
Ringlock scaffolding the most widely used construction scaffolding system, also known as compachrysanthemum scaffolding, mainly used for construction sites, large concert lighting frames and background stage frames.
The socket of this scaffold is a round ring with a diameter of 123mm and thickness of 10mm.
There are 8 holes on the round socket. The round sockets are welded on a certain length of steel pipe every 0.5m called vertical, connecting with Ledger and Diagonal brace, bottom supported by Base Jack to set up a system
The main components are made of φ48.3*3.25mm size and Q345, Q235 international standard steel tubes, blades welded at the both ends of tubes.
The Ringlock scaffoldings are included by Standard, Horizontal Ledger, Diagonal Brace, Jack Base, Steel Planks, Bracket and so on. Hot-dip galvanized or Electro-galvanized surface treatment are available as your requested.

EASY TO ERECT
The Vertical features robust rosettes onto which all
horizontal and diagonal components attach. The simple
connection between components ensures ease of
erection and dismantling. No additional loose parts are
required to join components in the system.
VERSATILE IN USE
With the flexibility to connect at eight positions around the rosette on the Vertical post, Ringlock
can be used to go around curved or angled structures.

of accessories is available to cater for safety requirements
such as guardrails, catwalk, ladder access, staircase
access and components to provide overhead protection.
The following values for Ringlock junction specifications are per the HOKLAS testing results.
NORMAL FORCE
Load on the connecting rosette and the
wedge lock by tensile and compressive
forces (longitudinal forces) along the axis
of the horizontal member.
Permissible N = ± 31.80 kN
(Breaking load as 63.60 kN)
VERTICAL SHEAR FORCE
Acting on the horizontal members of the
junction and on the connecting rosettes.
Permissible Qv = + 16.92 kN
(Breaking load as 33.84 kN)
Maximum Total Qv total junction
= 4 X 16.92 kN
= 67.68 kN
HORIZONTAL SHEAR FORCE
Acting on the junctions together with the
connecting rosette and the connecting
horizontal member.
Permissible Qh = ± 8.425 kN
(Breaking load as 16.85 kN)
